PRIVACY APP KAPPA

This Privacy Policy governs the privacy and use of information Givi S.P.A. (“Kappa”) collects inside the globetrotter mobile application. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Kappa does not own or control. This policy includes examples of the types of information Kappa collects, and the kind of parties with whom Kappa shares such information. These examples are illustrative only and should not be considered an exhaustive list of Kappa’s information collection, use, and sharing practices. By installing, using, or accessing the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, do not install, use, or access the app.
Kappa may update this policy from time to time and will post any policy updates on this web page, including the effective date of any changes. By your use of the app, you understand and consent to the collection and use of your data, the transfer of that data around Europe and outside Europe for storage, processing, and use by Kappa.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Kappa collects a variety of information through general use of the Service that help us convey to users your identify, validate that identity, and help us to deliver a better experience for you in the app.

INFORMATION UPON REGISTRATION
When creating an account on the App, Kappa collects and stores information about your public identity that you have provided to the app. The App also asks for and stores an email address that you provide on registration. We do so to be able to contact you and validate your identity if needed. As part of providing you the app, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Service and your kappa account, and you may not opt-out from receiving them.

CONTENT, FOLLOWING, AND OTHER PUBLIC INFORMATION
Kappa Rider is a content sharing platform, so most of the information you provide us is information that you choose to be made public. This includes not only the content that you post and data provided with such content, such as when it was posted, but also your geolocation through GPS , the content that you like and other public interactions on the Services. Your public information is widely and instantly disseminated.

MODIFYING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you are a registered user of our Service, you may modify the profile information you provided or made available to us and associated with your account.

  1. YOUR ACCEPTANCE
    By accessing or using the App you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service and Kappa's Privacy Policy, found above. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service, do not access or use the Service.Although Kappa may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to the Terms of Service, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version on the web page . Kappa may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise the Terms of Service at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to be bound by such modifications or revisions.
     
  2. SERVICE
    A .These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contributors of Content on the Service. "Content" includes text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features and other materials you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Service.
    B. You are solely responsible for your use of the App, your interaction with other users of the App and any Content you post to the App, and for any consequences thereof. You agree that Kappa is not responsible or liable for the conduct of any user.
    C. The App may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Kappa. Kappa has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, Kappa will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the App, you expressly relieve Kappa from any and all obligations and liability arising from your use of any third- party website. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave the App and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit.
    D You confirm that you are the owner of any intellectual property in content uploaded onto the App or, if not the owner, have the express consent of the owner to upload the content.
     
  3. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
    A. You may not post violent, nude, unlawful, pornographic, obscene or sexually suggestive photos, videos or other Content via the App.
    B. You may not use the App to (i) attack or demean individuals or groups, (ii) engage in predatory behavior, stalking, harassment, bullying, abuse or intimidation, (iii) defame or impersonate people or entities or (iv) engage in other hostile, harmful, discriminatory, hateful or offensive speech.
    C. You may not disclose personal, confidential or any non-public information via the App, including, without limitation, your or any other person's credit card information, social security or alternate national identity numbers or non-public addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.
    D. You may not use the App for any illegal activity or unauthorized purposes and must comply with all laws, rules, and regulations, including federal, state, and local and provincial, applicable to your use of the App and your Content, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws.
    Violation of these Terms of Service, including the foregoing Community Guidelines or any other action that Kappa determines is harmful to the App or the use of the App by others may, in Kappa's sole and absolute discretion, result in removal of the violating Content and/or termination of your Steller account.
